This 5+1 seasonal rental villa, located in Bodrum Yalıkavak with a commanding view of the marina and the sea, has a maximum accommodation capacity of 10 people. The villa has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms contain double beds, while the other two have two single beds each. Thus, it can accommodate up to 10 people with a total of seven beds. The spacious living room, kitchen, independent suite, annex, auxiliary usage areas, garden, and terraces allow for the combined use of indoor and outdoor spaces during the summer season. The villa also has a private swimming pool and a private garage with a capacity for 2 vehicles.
The kitchen features Snaidero furniture, Gaggenau built-in appliances, and a Dekton countertop. Hansgrohe fixtures, Duravit sanitary products, and Geberit concealed cistern systems are among the other amenities in the house. Reynaers joinery systems and Guardian Glass SunGuard High Performance glass support benefiting from the expansive glass surfaces.
Climate control is provided by a Daikin Heat Recovery VRV system, and the villa also has underfloor heating with FRÄNKISCHE PE-X infrastructure. The temperature in the rooms can be controlled separately. Functions such as lighting, curtains and blinds, music system, heating, and cooling can be centrally managed through the Berker by Hager B.IQ and KNX/EIB smart home system.

Rental Conditions
Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 11:00. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.
Small breed pets are accepted. Smoking inside the villa, as well as organizing parties and events, is not allowed. Outside guests are permitted.
The reservation is confirmed with a 15% deposit of the total rental amount. The remaining rental amount is to be paid upon check-in. In case of cancellation, the 15% deposit paid for the reservation is non-refundable.
