With this system, which has been made mandatory by the Ministry of Commerce, you can directly determine which real estate office will advertise your property via e-Government.

First, you must log into the system by visiting https://www.turkiye.gov.tr using your T.C. identity number and e-Government password.
After logging in, you should type “Real Estate Advertisement Verification” in the search field at the top of the page.
From the search results, select the Ministry of Commerce – Real Estate Advertisement Verification System service to log into the system.
When you log into the system, the properties linked to the user's title deed records will be automatically listed.
From this list, select the real estate you wish to advertise.
For the selected property:
Click on the “Authorize” option
Enter the authorization number 4800960
Select Turnkey Properties Real Estate and Investment Consultancy
Determine the authorization period
Complete the process by confirming

However, in order to initiate the advertisement process, the property number (ID) displayed in the system must be shared with our company.
As long as this number is not shared, even if authorization has been granted, the advertisement creation process cannot technically be initiated.
Therefore, after completing the authorization process:
You need to note the property number (ID) displayed on the screen,
Share this number with the Turnkey Properties team,
You need to send it to us to initiate the advertisement preparation process.
