EİDS authorization is the digital identification of the right to advertise a property by the property owner to a real estate office or individual consultant.
With this system:
Unauthorized listing entries are prevented,
Fake portfolios are avoided,
The property owner's approval is recorded,
Listing durations are formalized.
It is not possible to create a listing for sale without authorization.
The authorization process under EİDS is valid for the following individuals:
Property owners,
Shareholders,
Legal representatives,
Corporate representatives,
Authorized real estate offices.
If a property has multiple owners, each shareholder must provide authorization for their share.
Authorization processes are only carried out through the e-Government system.

Indefinite (optional)
The authorization automatically expires at the end of the specified duration.
After checking all the information, complete the process by giving your approval.
After approval, the authorization will be reflected in the system immediately.
