Rental Conditions

Check-in time is 16:00, and check-out time is 11:00. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people.

Small breed pets are accepted. Smoking inside the villa, as well as organizing parties and events, is not allowed. Outside guests are permitted.

The reservation is confirmed with a 15% deposit of the total rental amount. The remaining rental amount is to be paid upon check-in. In case of cancellation, the 15% deposit paid for the reservation is non-refundable.
