Granting EIDS Authorization for Individual Users

The EIDS authorization process is a mandatory step for the legal publication of real estate announcements. This content explains the selection of real estate, the authorization definition for the real estate office, and the approval process using the Real Estate Announcement Verification System through e-Government in a simple and understandable way.

1️⃣ Log in to e-Government

• Go to https://www.turkiye.gov.tr

• Log in with your T.C. identity number and password

2️⃣ Find the EİDS Service

• In the search box:
  👉 Real Estate Ad Verification type

• Open “Ministry of Trade – Real Estate Ad Verification System”

3️⃣ Select Your Property

• The system automatically lists your properties on the title deed
• Select the property you want to authorize

4️⃣ Authorize

• Click the “Authorize” button
• Enter the authorization number, select Turnkey Properties Real Estate and Investment Consultancy
• Set the duration (3 months / 6 months / 1 year)
• Confirm

✅ After this process, the ad can be legally published by Turnkey Properties Real Estate and Investment Consultancy.
